Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully worked on lease negotiations, property acquisitions and disposals, legal due diligence, title verification, transaction structuring, and documentation for high-value real estate transactions.
His experience includes advising clients on leasing strategies, managing complex negotiations between property owners and occupiers, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable real estate and corporate regulations. He has also been actively involved in risk assessment, legal research, corporate compliance, and transaction management, providing clients with well-rounded guidance throughout the deal lifecycle.
As a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of India, Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana and Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Aryan combines legal precision with market intelligence to help clients navigate real estate decisions with confidence.
